Your primary responsibility will be to design, refine, and optimize prompts that enhance the performance, accuracy, and contextual understanding of AI models aligned with our product vision.

In this role, you will work closely with our product and tech teams to understand user needs and develop custom-tailored prompts that drive engaging, insightful, and high-quality AI interactions. Your expertise will be essential in advancing our AI-powered NFT ecosystem, ensuring that our platform delivers dynamic, intelligent, and value-driven AI-generated experiences.

About Tiny SPL

Tiny SPL is a cutting-edge protocol designed to address Solana’s unique rent challenges through state compression, making the blockchain more affordable, inclusive, and efficient. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with our product development team to understand user needs and build context around AI language models
• Integrate prompts into our application, ensuring that they are cohesive with our product vision and design language
• Design, test, refine high-quality custom prompts to improve the user experience and increase engagement
• Test and debug prompts to ensure they are functioning correctly and conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations
• Continuously optimize and improve the prompts based on user feedback and usage data
• Research LLM jailbreaks, adversarial attacks, and prompt security to prevent manipulation in AI models for Web3
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web3 and AI to inform prompt development and implementation e.g. ensuring AI agent chatbots are aligned with the latest developments

Key Qualifications

• Experience crafting and optimizing prompts for LLMs in production use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI models and prompt engineering techniques
• Ability to analyze AI outputs, debug failures, and implement improvements iteratively
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Self starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely, with a flexible schedule accommodating global time zones
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain and has experience with on-chain AI implementations
