Meet our Team

The Global Markets finance team supports the business from a regional perspective to ensure accountability in each of our markets and support seamless execution across teams to drive profitable growth.

​

Your way to impact

As you step into this position, you will be the go-to data point-of-contact on the team. You will partner closely with our central and regional finance teams and assume ownership of our reporting and analysis requests to deep-dive various performance metrics to provide best-in-class finance support to the business.

​

Your day-to-day

In your day-to-day role you will work closely with your teammates on the central finance and regional finance teams

• You will take the lead in updating and maintaining the weekly Global Markets performance reporting
• You will own maintaining the financial performance report at the country level across global markets as a source of truth and understand the underlying financial trends
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and prepare information in an actionable way
• Juggle multiple deliverables across teams with tight turnarounds, especially during month end close/forecast cycles
• Maintain thorough knowledge of latest data system updates and hierarchy changes that could impact our financial reports
• Work with central and regional finance teams to broaden finance acumen and apply that to the data outputs

What you need to succeed

• Experience in analyzing multiple datasets, recommending, and designing reporting solutions to enable deeper financial analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial subjects into a distinct, simple messaging
• Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
• Flexibility given the global nature of our business and partners to interact with across the globe.
• Strong understanding of Excel & SQL
• Experience with business unit finance support.
• Personal skills: quick, independent learner, detail oriented,
• BS/BA in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or similar
