DoraHacks partners with key players across various sectors in the crypto ecosystem to accelerate their growth and help them build vibrant developer communities. Our partners are often industry leaders, leveraging DoraHacks' top-tier developer incentive platform and extensive network of entrepreneurial developers, aka ‘hackers’.

​

Our Kay Account Business Development team works closely with some of the most prominent and popular blockchain ecosystems in the crypto industry. We aim to help these partners expand their developer communities and grow their portfolio of early-stage startups. By collaborating with DoraHacks, these partners gain access to a global pool of developers and industry-leading products to incentivize and engage them.

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and professional delivery of goals
  • Develop and support the implementation of business growth plans within your designated scope of responsibility
  • Assist partners in creating forward-looking, data-driven strategic plans and provide them with the most professional solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of DoraHacks’ product suite to offer the best suggestionsfor DoraHacks’ product for our partners based on in-depth research and understanding of our KA partners
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate with teams, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Approach complex problems with a practical mindset, always maintaining a humble and results-driven attitude, while focusing on customer needs to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of sales experience in the crypto industry

​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business or related fields
  • Based in the United States is preferred
  • Proven experience and success in enterprise sales, particularly in the Crypto, SaaS, or related industries
  • Experience in managing enterprise clients in consulting businesses
  • Work experience with top blockchain ecosystems (ecosystem growth, grants)
  • Experience in managing developer incentive programs like hackathons and grants
