Role Overview

We're seeking a driven Business Development/Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth in the Web3 space. Working within the Wallet Services sector of the business, you will also be responsible for driving our web3 community creation tools. You'll lead the expansion of our client base, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across multiple blockchain ecosystems, including Hedera, Stellar, Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and contact in the Web3 space, focusing on companies that can benefit from our wallet services and community creation tools
  • Create and implement a targeted outreach strategy, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate a healthy number of monthly leads
  • Develop and present tailored pitches for our wallet services and community creation tools to potential clients, conducting numerous demos or presentations per week
  • Build and maintain a network of strategic partners within the blockchain and technology sectors, including influencers, developers, and other Web3 service providers
  • Organize and attend industry events or conferences to represent Blade Labs and generate new leads
  • Collaborate weekly with the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and create compelling sales materials
  • Conduct bi-weekly competitor analysis and market research, presenting findings and recommendations to the leadership team
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and deal stages are accurately recorded

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in business development or sales roles within fintech, Web3, or blockchain industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the Web3 ecosystem, including community building
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with excellent negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit
