Role Description:

We are seeking a Co-founder for a full-time, remote position at Capitron Exchange, with the opportunity to transition into a CEO/COO role. The Co-founder will take on a pivotal role in the company, overseeing key functions such as fundraising, sales and marketing coordination, research, analytics strategy implementation, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute fundraising initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and implement data-driven analytics.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with the team.
• Build and maintain partnerships to support the company’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Experience or knowledge in the fashion industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must bring significant investment to the company in exchange for equity/tokens.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
