THE OPPORTUNITY

A Layer 1 blockchain is seeking a Content Lead to manage their content strategy. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the web3 ecosystem, has managed a content team (including freelance writers and content agencies), and is a capable project manager and writer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will guide our content efforts, working with teams across the organization.

• Develop and implement content strategy.
• Create content briefs, especially for blogs and emails.
• Review content submissions and recommend placements.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create an educational strategy to inform our audience.
• Manage the editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with product teams on content that supports new launches.
• Work with stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers to refine content ideas.
• Ensure all content is accurate and aligns with our standards.

• Knowledgeable on web3 and blockchain technology.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative and open to feedback.
• Comfortable with technical topics.
• Detail-oriented.
• Familiar with standard content management and communication tools (e.g. Contentful, Sendgrid)
