About Drop

Drop is a cross-chain liquid staking protocol for Interchain assets, backed by Lido. Led by former contributors to Lido and P2P, Drop is on a mission to unlock the nascent power of billions of dollars of liquidity now frozen in traditional staking across Celestia, Cosmos Hub, and other IBC-enabled chains. About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Drop’s Twitter (X) and drive engagement, growth, and visibility within the DeFi community. You’ll be responsible for executing a content strategy that resonates with the brand, amplifies Drop’s presence, and fosters deeper relationships with our community and partners.

This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the DeFi space—whether through professional experience, personal involvement, or active participation in the ecosystem. If you live on Twitter (X) and know how to build narratives that drive engagement, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Drop’s X/Twitter strategy, ensuring growth, engagement, and alignment with product milestones.
• Create, plan, and publish content that reflects the latest developments, product updates, and ecosystem trends.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic execution.
• Drive engagement and community interactions, responding in real time and positioning Drop in key industry conversations.
• Amplify Drop’s presence through co-marketing and collaboration with partners and influencers.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels, aligning content with brand and product narratives.
• Monitor trends and analytics, iterating on content strategies to maximize impact.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication between marketing, product, and community efforts.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DeFi and Twitter (X)—this is not just a job, but a space you already navigate daily.
• Experience in content creation and social engagement, particularly within crypto and Web3.
• Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of the channel and driving growth.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a Twitter (X) community, with a track record of driving engagement.
• Strategic and collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally to ensure content impact.
