Pond seeks a strategic and experienced Head of Ecosystem Growth (with a focus on BD) to drive global growth, partnerships, and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain, AI, and crypto markets, along with a robust network within these ecosystems. As the Head of Ecosystem Growth, you’ll spearhead efforts to expand our market presence, secure strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact partnerships with blockchain protocols, crypto organizations, exchanges, and AI companies to expand PondGNN’s footprint.
• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders like developer communities.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and GTM strategies aimed at increasing revenue, adoption of our products, and market share.
• Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to align BD initiatives with the company’s technology roadmap and ensure mutual value creation.
• Networking: Attend industry conferences, meetups, and events (both virtual and in-person) to represent Pond, stay updated on industry trends, and foster new business opportunities.
• Partnership Management: Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships from initial engagement to execution and ongoing collaboration, ensuring the success of key relationships.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader, helping to elevate Pond’s presence in the crypto AI space through thought pieces, speaking engagements, and public representation.
• Growth: Support the Growth Team in expanding brand awareness and market visibility

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or partnership roles, preferably within the crypto, AI, or blockchain industries.
• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, on-chain analytics, DeFi and AI-powered crypto applications.
• Demonstrated track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships and deals.
• Exceptional networking skills with established contacts across the crypto and AI ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with machine / deep learning, on-chain behavior analysis, or crypto-native AI models is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
