Role Overview

Caldera is seeking an APAC Ecosystem Growth Lead with a deep understanding of Web3 and a strong network across East Asia. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with Caldera’s CEO, Matt Katz, to strengthen the company’s presence in Asia.

Responsibilities include business development and marketing, requiring both strategic planning and independent execution.

Responsibilities**

• Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with key players in the APAC blockchain ecosystem.
• Community Engagement: Lead both in-person and virtual marketing campaigns, including community events.
• Growth Strategy: Develop and implement market-specific growth strategies tailored to APAC.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to align goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must reside in a tier-1 crypto hub in the APAC region (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul).
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing or business development within the Web3 space.
• Cultural & Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of APAC’s cultural, technological, and business landscape.
• Network: Established connections within the blockchain and crypto community.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and execute effectively, even in ambiguous situations.
• Languages: Fluent in Korean, Chinese, or other prominent APAC languages, and proficient in English.
