Fintech UI/UX Designer Intern (Bucharest-Remote)
Job Description
Token Metrics is seeking a dynamic and innovative UI/UX Designer to oversee the design of our digital assets. In this role, you will optimize the online user experience by implementing best practices and staying updated on emerging trends in user interface technology. You will collaborate with internal and external designers to create tailored experiences for our digital users, ensuring usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
The duration of the Token Metrics internship program is 3 months. It is an evaluative unpaid internship, with the potential for return offers based on the company's needs.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and understand user experience design requirements for various digital assets.
- Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Create high-quality UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI elements, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Conduct UI testing, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, flows, and target links.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, internal designers, and external partners to deliver customized digital experiences.
- Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze user behavior.
- Follow style standards for typography and graphic design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and prior experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
- Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on task prioritization.
