About The Role

YOUR NEW TEAM

​

You will be a part of a small elite team of super-achievers within the CEO Office. You will work on high-priority tasks across the company, solving complex problems and joining us in our mission to make Auquan the AI in finance company. Previous projects include identifying new business opportunities, supporting product development, spinning up and leading new teams and more.

​

This unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal. You can expect to be surrounded by amazing colleagues and will be expected to execute alongside them as a peer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead high-priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
• Impact from day one, with access across all functions and problem areas
• Collaborate with teams across Auqaun to help solve critical problems
• Help us build an outlier product and business by creating leading processes and products
• Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
• This role will train you to build a business, get stuck in and the ability to solve any problem thrown at you

Who We Think You Are

• 1 - 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking)
• You have a track record of being a top performer in several different areas (e.g. Academia, business, sport, projects)
• You are a logical problem solver: You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are fluent in using data to facilitate your work
• You are curious and driven to make an outsized impact - You don’t wait to be told what to do, if you see a problem you’ll try to figure it out and solve it yourself
• Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to adapt and be coached.
• You have demonstrated top communication skills (written and verbal).
• It would be beneficial to be proficient using AI tools and comfortable with code (and a desire to learn)
