We are looking for a team player with strong self-motivation who can adapt quickly to changing priorities, wear multiple hats, and proactively lead with solutions. Be prepared to travel occasionally for events and cool company offsites in true crypto spirit. You will be contributing governance to top-tier protocols from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Write and Review Governance Proposals using data, logic and an unbiased standpoint.
• Consistently provide feedback on forum proposals during the lifecycle with guidance from the Governance team.
• Document all votes with their respective rationale in delegate communication threads and internal tracking tools.
• Help contribute to conversations in governance forums and attend community calls to stay informed about relevant project updates.
• Work with us on our governance-related web3 products
• Engage with our already established team on driving governance forward in the crypto space

Requirements:

• You have sharp analytical skills and can translate research findings into governance models and frameworks.
• Due to the nature of the job, a strong academic background is a plus.
• You have a structural perspective and an eye for detail with an emphasis on documentation and note-taking.
• You’re not afraid to ask questions or disagree with people.
• You are flexible around work hours and can handle the freedom that remote work provides you.
• Deep understanding of DAOs in DeFi and Web3. Preferably you have hands-on experience working with protocols on governance.
• Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English written skills.
