About the job

Position OverviewBlockPeer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for fintech and a keen interest in blockchain and decentralized finance. As a core member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.

LocationThe position is fully remote; the candidate must be based in the US. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and personal commitments.

​

  • Experience Required2-4 years of proven experience in B2B fintech sales.
  • Previous experience in blockchain or DeFi sales is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

​

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients within the web3 sector, focusing on those who could benefit from BlockPeer’s integrated digital asset and fiat accounting platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with other team members to better meet client needs and contribute to the company’s overall strategy.
  • Keep abreast of new product developments and changes in the fintech and blockchain markets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

  • QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High energy level with a strong drive to succeed.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
