Role Overview:

We seek a motivated and experienced Head of Community Manager with a solid understanding of the Web3 and crypto landscape. This is a mid-level role for professionals who have proven investment know-how and are eager to contribute strategically to our project pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and knowledgeable in evaluating emerging opportunities in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement and Growth

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter platforms.
• Cultivate strong relationships with community members, fostering a sense of inclusivity and shared purpose.
• Design and manage campaigns to attract and retain community members, including AMA sessions, giveaways, and contests.

Content Creation and Communication

• Coordinate creating and distributing engaging content, such as announcements, newsletters, educational materials, and event updates.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries and feedback, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.

Partnerships and Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and other strategic partners to amplify community reach.
• Organize and participate in industry events, both virtual and in-person, to represent Vesta and its mission.

Community Monitoring and Insights

• Monitor community sentiment and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the internal team, including suggestions for product and service enhancements based on community input.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and DAO models.
• Familiarity with online community-building tools and platforms.

​

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of managing and growing online communities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and think creatively under pressure.
