Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on the following technologies: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Solidity.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Experience with decentralized identity solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, ideally with zero-to-one experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
