Tokenize.it is a dynamic startup with the mission to redesign corporate investment in Germany and Europe. Our goal is to enable everyone to invest in promising companies. To achieve this, we are developing a next-generation investment platform that maps corporate investments on the blockchain and enables public fundraises with individual investments starting at 250 euros.

Tokenize.it was founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur and Ethereum co-founder Christoph Jentzsch in Mittweida. Since then, a first financing round of 2 million euros has been successfully completed with the participation of well-known VCs. In April 2024, Tokenize.it received the “Best Regulatory Innovation in Blockchain Award 2024” in Paris.

Job description:

As a visionary manager in the marketing department, you are largely responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy. You take on leadership responsibility in the independent design of the marketing function, are responsible for the annual marketing budget and at the same time have a hands-on mentality when implementing daily tasks. You report directly to the CEO.

Your goal is to advance our vision of standardized corporate participation and to position Tokenize.it as the leading platform for corporate financing and employee participation in Germany and Europe.

Tasks:

• Strategic
  • Further development of brand perception and positioning at national and European level
  • Management of external service providers and agencies
  • Marketing budget planning and implementation of initiatives
  • Close collaboration with the sales & product teams
  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our platform and vision
  • Management and expansion of the marketing team

• Analytical
  • Analysis and interpretation of market and customer data to optimize marketing measures
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for the management team, investors and other stakeholders

• Hands-on

​

• Management and coordination of marketing campaigns and projects in the following disciplines:

    - Social Media: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Common Ground  - Public relations: press releases, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, events, customer interviews  - Performance Marketing: SEM, LinkedIn, X  - Classic advertising: OOH, print

  • Creation of target group-specific graphics and texts for the above-mentioned channels
  • Representation of the company at industry events and conferences throughout Europe
  • Continuous maintenance and expansion of the website in compliance with SEO relevant aspects

Our expectations of you:

• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the fintech or blockchain industry
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for innovative marketing strategies and digital media
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Very good German and business-fluent English skills

Desirable:

• Experience in using marketing tools such as Hubspot, Figma, Webflow, Hotjar, Canva, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Ads on X
• Interest in Web3, basic knowledge of blockchain technology and security tokens
