About this role
We’re hiring a Head of Product Design with a proven track record of designing high-growth web products.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, having major ownership in the overall design & direction of our upcoming AI web-app for DeFi. You’ll also contribute to the overall visual aesthetic of the company.
The ideal candidate has proven startup experience, enjoys design challenges, and thrives in autonomous fast paced teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- 3+ years of experience of product ownership
- Expert designer; skilled in both visual web animations & graphic design
- Strong understanding of DeFi as a native onchain user yourself
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Skilled in typography and design grid systems
- Ability to understand the technical implications of design decisions
- Data driven UX background; prior experience measuring & optimizing web-app UX with data-backed insights
Not required, but a strong bonus:
- You operate as a “design engineer”
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Past experience working on AI products
