As a DeFi-native Business Development & Relationships Manager for a Top 10 perpetual DEX, your role will transcend traditional BD duties. Responsibilities
We are looking for a Perp DEX BD & RM to:
- Plan and execute strategies to enhance metrics, launch campaigns/partnerships and others
- Seek, propose and cultivate relationships with VIPs, investors, foundations and protocols
- Perform market research to discover potential business opportunities
- Develop user acquisition strategies with a focus on perpetuals trading
- Participating in foundation grants, competitions, listing and others
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of DeFi industry and trends
- Provide up-to-date DeFi industry trends to the product team
- Work together with the team to ensure our exchange meets the needs of users and partners

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in DeFi/Crypto or relevant BD & RM
- Proven track record of success in partnerships and business development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to draw up strategy, plan with precision and execute with relevant teams
- Skillful collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep interest in the latest blockchain trends
- English is a must, and Chinese is a plus
