Role description

• Contribute to a hypergrowth tech venture: Play a key supporting role in developing innovative products in a product-driven hypergrowth venture that transforms the private markets industry
• **Shape Vega’s product roadmap: **Work closely with a senior product manager to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in product management. Assist in scoping, development, and cross-functional coordination while learning the essentials of product management in a supportive learning role
• Work in a flat hierarchy: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams in a transparent and laser-focused environment
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Get exposure to senior leaders from Vega’s customers (alternative asset managers) and contribute to discussions that shape our company’s trajectory
• Focus on customer value: Help ensure that our products address real customer needs, as you develop an understanding of the end-user challenges and market trends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in investment banking, consulting or a hypergrowth fintech
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding client-facing communication skills
• Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
• Hungry to hone your product management skillset
