Over 60 geographies worldwide are rolling out instant bank payment infrastructure right now. Ivy harmonises these regional bank payment schemes, bringing them to a single point of access.

Your Mission

​

Ship innovative bank payment products and features at pace. Take ownership of a high-level strategic goal and relentlessly deliver on this through a combination of creative problem solving and diligent delivery.

Your Focus

​

• Analyse and understand key challenges for our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Work with Growth & Sales to identify new product opportunities and collaborate with customers when building.
• Rapid and precise investigation into product bets to understand the nature, size, and feasibility of opportunities.
• Independently lead 1-2 product development teams in delivering elegant solutions to specific customer problems.
• Be a go-to subject matter expert on our core products and evangelist for our roadmap with our merchants and internally.

Your Profile

​

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for this role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The Nice To Haves are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-4+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development teams and working independently to drive projects.
• Confident working with data to identify opportunities and inform decision making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience building payments or even Open Banking products.
• Strong technical fluency, including expertise around APIs
• Background in relevant verticals such as Ecommerce, Financial Services, or Crypto.
• Degree from a top university or equivalent high-performance qualification.
