Job Description

What We Need

​

Corpay is currently looking to hire a product Manager within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog in coordination with the Product VP and Director of Product. The Product Manager will assist in implementing the vision and strategy of the company’s products, guided by the product roadmap, from conception to release. This position will work with engineers to translate features into stories and communicate our goals to stakeholders. You will own a part of our customer experience end to end. The team will look to you as a source of innovation and creative problem-solving. You will report directly to the Director of Product and regularly collaborate with the engineering team, sales, account management, and other department(s).

How We Work

As a Product Manager, you will be expected to work onsite. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Atlanta, Ga

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Collaborating, leading teams, and holding your peers accountable
  • Creating user stories; researching, defining, and documenting feature enhancements and bug fixes
  • Providing user acceptance testing; ensuring the change meets the user's need
  • Participating in agile scrum rituals; sprint planning, grooming, and daily standups.
  • Managing the backlog; ensuring the highest priority requests are workedon first
  • Communicating product updates; helping produce product change notifications prior to release
  • Managing stakeholders; building relationships with customers and business teams to solicit feedback on products
  • Creating analysis of business cases and financials to assess and justify new product investments.
  • Managing entry-level product team members, specifically Business Analysts

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of related experience in Product
  • Collaborating, leading teams, and holding your peers accountable
  • Presenting to senior leaders and providing clear communication on milestones and achievements
  • Demonstrate the ability to advance projects and influence individuals at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, meaning you can both identify key project areas and be able to explain their significance to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented atmosphere
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and complete the project by meeting deadlines
