The Product Manager role is responsible for the continued development of Ren’s charitable giving products, empowering our financial services customers to create and grow efficient, profitable giving programs that manage the giving of millions for their clients, over the coming years. The role will work closely with Ren product leadership, injecting extensive domain experience as well as technical knowledge into the product development process. The position is further responsible for establishing and managing sprints, tasks, and stories for the execution of software product investments, working within our philanthropic solutions software platform. This person must be self-motivated, extremely well organized, and able to provide technical leadership to the developer team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of functional code every sprint
• Breaking up customer stories into actionable developer tasks.
• Research, establish, and execute against an internal and external roadmap, optimizing the market needs alongside product health.
• Navigate difficult technical trade-off decisions.
• Assist with driving modern agile practices across the engineering team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

​

• 2+ years of modern software product management or QA experience.
• 1+ years of product management or QA experience in complex enterprise (B2B) SaaS applications.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in financial technology (fintech) software.
• Technical/Programming experience is a major plus.
• Agile methodologies experience preferred.
• Experience with scalable customer facing REST APIs and internal microservices preferred.
• Experience creating scalable solutions leveraging modern fintech backbones.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus.
• Experience integrating multiple software applications into a comprehensive market solution is a plus.
• Reporting and analytics software module experience is a plus.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
