Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate extensively with the VP of Engineering, UI/UX Designer and VP of Customer Success to drive product strategy, development, and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, aligning product vision with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to create innovative product solutions.
• Utilize tools like UserPilot, Jira, ClickUp, and Figma for product planning, development, and execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous product improvement.
• Facilitate agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Communicate product strategies and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting automation technologies and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with tools like UserPilot, Jira, ClickUp, and Figma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

$110K - $130K
