Chargezoom is Salt Lake City's fastest growing Fintech startup, we are looking for a dynamic ambitious Product Manager who understands true product ownership from both a financial and personal perspective.

Role Overview

As an Product Manager II at Chargezoom, you will work closely with the VP of Product to support the development and execution of our product strategy. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to take ownership and responsibility of a product in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own a key strategic fintech product, be the leader and champion for it, with the opportunity for expansion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions.

- Own the creation and maintenance of all product collateral: product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and roadmaps.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.

Qualifications

- 3-7 years of experience in product management at a SaaS startup.

- Must thrive in environment of urgency in a high performance delivery focused org.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira.

- Passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

- We work in our new offices in Cottonwood Heights area, 5 days a week.
