What to Expect:

​

Develop long term relationships with high touch medium sized and complex financial institutional clients. Execute commercial strategy and regional plans to meet customer requirements, company priorities, and to achieve targeted sales, revenue growth and traffic development. This is a hybrid role, 2 days per week in the office.

​

In this role you will:

​

  • Identify customer needs / market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships with primarily medium financial institutional clients.
  • Develop plans for medium sales accounts to achieve targeted sales objectives and generate revenue in an optimal, cost-beneficial way.
  • Stay well versed on firm wide strategic initiatives. Engage and align with your responsible clients' strategic roadmap.
  • Implement both commercial and strategic plans towards your responsible clients by collaborating with key stakeholders and tracking all activities.
  • Act as a single point of contact for medium sized clients and/or support as a center of expertise for specific products and initiatives.
  • Represent Swift and promote products and services to grow our business by participating in industry conferences and forums.
  • Liaise with other divisions, commercial team managers and members to provide a coordinated service and integrated solution to assigned clients.
  • Act the ambassador of your clients within Swift. Feedback internally market intelligence, customer feedback, product issues and other relevant information.

  • Applies understanding of how different divisions contribute to meeting Swift's business objectives; understands market drivers of success and encourages changes to improve offerings while optimizing commercial performance.
  • Strengthens relationships by taking every opportunity to listen and respond to customers and adapt solutions to meet their needs; demonstrates and encourages customer focus in all relationships and activities.
  • Encourages effective team working within and across the department; respects diversity and recognizes contributions from colleagues; coaches and leverages others to achieve goals; leads by example and through constant demonstration of Swift values.
  • Communicates effectively across a wide range of practical or theoretical issues; modifies communication style to optimize understanding by others; clarifies applicable goals, objectives, and business situations; acknowledges and respects other views.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales, of which 2 years in the financial industry

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in New York is $137,130 MINIMUM to $254,67000 MAXIMUM USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee’s contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
