We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rust Engineer to join our dynamic team at OpenTensor, a cutting-edge blockchain technology company. As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of Bittensor’s blockchain infrastructure, contributing your expertise to enhance the scalability, security, and performance of our decentralized network.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize critical components in Bittensor’s Rust-based blockchain system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-performance and secure blockchain protocols.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards within the engineering team.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and maintainability issues in the codebase.
• Work closely with blockchain architects to translate high-level designs into robust and efficient Rust code.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Rust to ensure Bittensor’s blockchain remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:
