Metagood is seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to lead innovative projects within the Web3/NFT space. Responsibilities

- Design and lead projects from initial concept through final execution, driving multiple product launches.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management to rapidly design, iterate, implement, and launch products.- Craft detailed high-fidelity mockups, optimizing user experience across mobile and web platforms.- Create visually engaging designs and improve the brand design guidelines.- Lead user testing, gather feedback and apply insights to drive product improvements.- Influence product direction and drive design excellence by strategic and creative design thinking.- Navigate the challenges of a remote work environment effectively, while maintaining high design quality, productivity and communication standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills across various digital platforms.- Expertise in visual design, with a keen eye for aesthetic trends.- Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, with a strong capability for rapid prototyping and agile, iterative design processes.- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.- Great communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead and inspire the team.- Strong ability to work independently, make decisive choices, and effectively manage priorities remotely.

This is a U.S.-based salary range that may vary based on individual experience, skills, and level, and excludes benefits and equity compensation.
