REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and enhancements.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
• Lead user research and gather insights to drive user-centric design and development.
• Work closely with design and development teams to deliver a seamless user experience and high-quality product delivery..
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
• Use market insights to identify new opportunities and enhance existing features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in the blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) - Must.
• Experience with product management in complex technical environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
