What You’ll Do

• **Be the Voice of the Customer. **Collaborate with customers to work backwards from their problems, analyze input and output metrics, author product requirements documents, and iterate on product decisions with design and engineering teams
• Develop and Deliver Product Vision and Strategy. Create and communicate a compelling GenAI product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs
• **Think and Work Globally. **Be flexible to work across time zones with our engineering teams in Amsterdam and Madrid to build products that scale globally. Be a Subject Matter Expert. Combine your industry knowledge with an understanding of our internal data to create novel strategies and test hypotheses

Who You Are

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have demonstrated success with building zero-to-one products
• Proven product experience (6-8 years) in an agile environment where you value launching products fast and iterating
• You are a team player who enjoys working with a global team across different offices, time zones (especially Amsterdam and Madrid), roles, and cultures
• You are an excellent communicator who can break down complex processes to simple deliverables
• You have the ability to inspire engineers and designers to deliver responsible GenAI applications
• You are comfortable working in a technical environment and evaluating the nuances of GenAI models and services
