We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer with a strong interest and experience in Web3/Blockchain/Crypto to join our team. This role involves transforming Figma wireframes into stunning, fully stylized, branded dApps and websites. You will work independently, demonstrating great design aesthetics and attention to detail. This opportunity could evolve into a mid to long-term engagement depending on synergy.

Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma wireframes into polished prototypes that closely resemble the final product.
• Collaborate with UX, BA, and development teams to enhance product user experience.
• Develop concepts, wireframes, and prototypes based on customer needs, evaluating their success.
• Provide design consulting and propose solutions to design/process challenges.
• Maintain and document product design catalog.
• Drive continuous improvement of product design post-launch.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Figma, graphics, aesthetic design, and digital product skinning.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for what makes good design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills is a must.
• Demonstrated passion and experience in UI, UX, and product design for websites, apps, and dApps.
• Knowledge of crypto and the ability to discuss user flows like asset staking, swapping, etc.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (UX, BA, Developers).
• Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Located in EMEA or Asia.
