Are you a forward-thinking Full-stack (Web3) Engineer with a passion for pioneering innovation in the Web3 space? A7 Labs invites you to become the technical co-founder of our groundbreaking new product, Refyned.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical vision: Drive the technical aspects of our Web3 project, encompassing blockchain, cryptocurrency, and (decentralized) applications;
• Strategic guidance: Provide technical vision to shape our technology strategy and contribute to architectural design and documentation;
• Talent acquisition: Collaborate with the founder to identify and recruit top technical talent, conducting technical interviews to build a powerhouse team.

Minimal hands-on technical skills:

• Expert in JavaScript (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js);
• Understanding of AWS services, including deployment and management;
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Ethereum smart contract development, including tools like Hardhat;
• Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs and decentralized data storage solutions with a focus on privacy.

Security focus:

• Maintain a heightened focus on security due to our involvement with financial products and partners;
• Responsible for meticulous management of developers and partner relationships.

​

Team management tools proficiency:

• Be adept at using Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) or similar tools;
• Experience with code management platforms such as GitHub or similar.
