About the opportunity:

As the Web3 Marketing Manager at RECRD, you'll lead the charge in cultivating and expanding our community with a special focus on the Web3 part of it. Your role entails deploying innovative marketing strategies focused on our core audience, utilizing the latest tools in AI and automation to fuel growth and engagement. This role is not just about leading marketing initiatives; it's about pioneering new pathways for creator monetization and community engagement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

What You Will Do:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow and retain a dedicated community of creators, users, and token holders from the Web3 community.
• Lead and scale the Web3 marketing team, aligning with RECRD's strategic marketing goals and promoting innovation in our community engagement approaches.
• Employ data analytics and AI tools in your marketing decisions, optimizing campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
• Establish strong relationships with the blockchain communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other partners to spur platform growth and token adoption.
• Ensure the creation and dissemination of compelling content across all channels, maintaining consistency and engaging our target audience.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in Web3, social media, and the creator economy, integrating innovative strategies to keep RECRD at the forefront. You will be encouraged to explore and implement cutting-edge platforms and technologies specific to Web3 and social media marketing.

What We Expect From You:

• At least 4 years in Marketing/Performance Marketing roles, including a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a crypto-based company.
• Demonstrated success in community growth and engagement within the crypto space. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of leveraging data and AI in marketing decision-making.
• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
• Experience in token launches and familiar with designing engaging Web3 community campaigns such as airdrops.
• Background in social media business is highly advantageous, but a must-have is an understanding of the SocialFi landscape and its recent trends.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills, proven through the execution of innovative marketing campaigns. We invite candidates to share specific instances where their strategies led to tangible growth or engagement within the Web3 space.
• Comfort working remotely, coordinating with a team across GMT and CET time zones.
• A passion for the creator economy, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in content monetization within the Web3 ecosystem.
