David Krenz is a senior product designer with a decade of experience delivering innovative user experiences at Amazon, Meta, and The Walt Disney Company. At Amazon, he leads UX design for the AC3 framework, a proprietary platform supporting customer service agents globally. His work, which integrates AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize workflows, has reduced handle times and saved millions annually. At Meta, he shaped AI-powered commerce applications, pioneering features like virtual apparel try-ons and AI-driven outfit generation in the AR/VR space.
David’s expertise spans end-to-end UX strategy, systems design, and AI integration.
