
Frank Tian
Frank Tian is a New York-based UX and product designer dedicated to crafting seamless and impactful user experiences across fintech, e-commerce, and edtech. With experience spanning in-house and agency roles, Frank has tackled complex design challenges, including reducing cart abandonment rates by up to 35% and building cross-platform design systems for brands like The Children’s Place, Gymboree, and Sugar & Jade.
Frank’s design philosophy combines strategic thinking, user research, and pixel-perfect execution. At Vanguard, he contributed to financial service designs that aligned user needs with business goals. At INVENIO Digital, he led A/B testing and usability sessions with over 200 participants, synthesizing insights to inform responsive designs and improve user journeys. His earlier projects at Flatiron School focused on creating education and civic engagement tools, reinforcing his commitment to building meaningful digital products.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in Science of Earth Systems from Cornell University and completed an intensive UX/UI design bootcamp at Flatiron School. Known for his meticulous approach and passion for problem-solving, he enriches digital products with user-first solutions. Outside of design, Frank explores his creativity through painting, baking, and filmmaking, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his craft.
